Chef Evan has worked in fine dining restaurants from L.A. to Chicago to New Orleans. Now residing in Northern California, Chef Evan is getting back to his roots and the local food scene.
In spring of 2023, he seized the opportunity to open a food truck business located at Ruhstaller Farm in Dixon, CA, bringing classic burgers and sandwiches to hungry beer drinkers, later adding artisan pizzas to the menu. The food truck, catering, and pizza menus highlight Chef Evan’s love of modern flavors, French technique, and fresh quality ingredients.
